CLA is currently seeking a Tax Manager/Director to join our Exempt Tax team in the West region. This role offers the opportunity to serve clients in the Healthcare, Higher Ed, and Nonprofit industries, demonstrate deep technical skills, and excel in engagement management and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a tax role with public accounting or professional services firm, or in a tax role in higher education, healthcare, or private foundation. A CPA certification is required for this role.

The salary range for this position varies depending on factors such as location, experience, and education, with the range for California being $103,000 - $185,000, Colorado being $105,000 - $161,000, and Washington being $97,000 - $167,000.
