The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a tax role with public accounting or professional services firm, or in a tax role in higher education, healthcare, or private foundation. The salary range for this position varies depending on factors such as location, experience, and education, with the range for California being $103,000 - $185,000, Colorado being $105,000 - $161,000, and Washington being $97,000 - $167,000.
