New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior energy transactions and projects associate attorney with 6 years of significant transactional experience in debt project finance and/or tax equity. Experience should include negotiation of preparation, review, and negotiation of credit agreements, inter-creditor arrangements, collateral documents and other ancillary credit documents, and/or tax equity transaction documents (including equity capital contribution agreements, membership interest purchase agreements, LLC Agreements, leases and other ancillary documents relating thereto), and include significant experience in reviewing and conducting due diligence on key project agreements (joint venture agreements, feedstock, offtake, EPC/EPCM, O&M services, transportation, commodity purchase and sale, and/or other project agreements).
