A law firm in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Technology Specialist to provide expertise in patent matters, including patentability, freedom to operate, invalidity, and non-infringement analyses. This role requires the drafting of post-grant documents, advising litigation teams, and prosecuting patent applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform patentability, freedom to operate, invalidity, and/or non-infringement analyses, including claim chart construction as applicable.
• Draft post-grant documents (., petitions, replies) outlining technical arguments.
• Advise post-grant and patent litigation teams based on your technical and scientific areas of expertise.
• Draft and prosecute patent applications for innovative clients.

Requirements:

• Hold an advanced degree in computer science, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, or a closely related field.
• 0-3 years of post-grant and/or patent prosecution experience is preferred.
• Possess superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
• Preferred: Admission to the . Patent & Trademark Office.

Education:
