Duties:

• Conducting legal research to support litigation proceedings
• Drafting legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Representing clients in court hearings and trials
• Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients
• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients regarding litigation strategies
• Collaborating with colleagues and support staff on case strategy and management
• Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in legal work
• Delivering exceptional client experiences through strong customer service

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the Florida Bar
• Experience in civil litigation in Florida
• Proven courtroom experience and proficiency in handling diverse civil litigation cases
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation
