The successful candidate will demonstrate significant deal experience, the ability to manage multiple transactions concurrently, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to insurance mergers and acquisitions.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Participate in negotiations and provide legal counsel on transactional matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Manage due diligence processes and assess potential risks.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and legal developments affecting insurance transactions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of legal experience in mergers, acquisitions, or similar transactional matters.
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Strong understanding of corporate and securities law.

Education:
