The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the firm’s established team of litigators and diverse client base, with ample room for growth and advancement within the firm.

Salary and Benefits:
O’Hagan Meyer offers highly competitive compensation and benefits packages, including medical and dental coverage, 401(k) matching, and bonus opportunities. The position allows for either a hybrid or fully in-office work arrangement.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must be admitted to the Washington Bar and have 1-7+ years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting. While preference will be given to those with labor and employment experience, the firm also welcomes those with general civil litigation experience. Strong legal research and writing skills are a must, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The annual billing requirement for this role is 1,900 hours, with additional bonuses for exceeding this minimum.

Compensation:
Salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $180,000, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
As an Associate Attorney in the Labor & Employment department, the chosen candidate will be responsible for:

- Providing legal advice and representation to clients in various labor and employment matters.
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Collaborating with the firm’s established team of litigators on ongoing cases.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Assisting with business development efforts.
