The candidate will be managing own caseload. Meeting with potential clients and meeting with clients. Drafting motions and drafting pleadings. Drafting discovery and conduct Legal Research. Make court appearances. Manage case files through trial. Must be pleasant and courteous. Must work well with others. Must be very well organized. Must pay attention to detail. Must work independently. Must take the initiative and be good at problem-solving. Must have excellent legal writing and research skills. Must be a team player and is willing to assist in other areas.
