The candidate will advise on compliance, collaborate with various professionals, and provide legal research and analysis on EB-5 immigration issues. With a focus on business development, this role requires a comprehensive understanding of the EB-5 program and the ability to manage and delegate tasks effectively.

 

Duties:

  • Work with real estate developers and EB-5 Regional Centers on project funding and compliance.
  • Advise project developers on compliance with complex EB-5 program guidelines.
  • Collaborate with securities counsel, corporate counsel, economists, and business plan writers for application preparation.
  • Assist in responding to government inquiries regarding project approval.
  • Advise on problematic EB-5 projects for regional centers, developers, and investors.
  • Structure projects for the EB-5 visa program.
  • Guide developers in assembling legal and financial documents for projects.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on EB-5 immigration issues.
  • Collaborate with the marketing manager on business development efforts.
  • Communicate regularly with developers on procedural and case strategy matters.
  • Support clients in immigration program management and compliance.
  • Delegate and supervise the work of attorney and paralegal staff.
  • Contribute to the development of practice processes for efficient team operations.

 

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in EB-5 Regional Center practice or strong commercial real estate financing background.
  • . degree from an accredited . law school.
  • Bar admission.
