The candidate will provide comprehensive counsel and legal support to clients in matters of family law, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and other related areas. Will utilize own expertise in estate planning to assist clients in preparing wills, trusts, and handling probate procedures. Analyze, draft, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents relevant to family law and estate planning. Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiate on their behalf. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NJ State and Federal Laws relevant to family law and estate planning. Foster strong relationships with clients, offering them reassurance and empathetic advice during stressful times. Should have a strong background in Estate Planning.
