The candidate will be responsible for drafting legal documents, assisting with the discovery process, performing legal research, negotiating settlements, making court appearances, and conducting initial consultations with potential clients.

Duties:

• Assist with drafting legal documents, including motions and pleadings.
• Aid in the discovery process by administering depositions, issuing interrogatories, and reviewing documents.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Perform comprehensive legal research.
• Make court appearances as necessary.
• Conduct initial consultations with potential clients.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• License to practice law in Florida.
• 0-3 years of litigating experience, preferably focused on commercial litigation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.

Education:
