Custom Truck One Source, Inc. (NYSE: CTOS) is seeking a Corporate Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support to our Sales, Rental, and Operations teams. Responsibilities

As Corporate Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on a wide range of matters including commercial contracts, corporate governance, litigation, and regulatory compliance. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with various departments and assist with risk assessment and analysis.

Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate is someone who possesses strong business acumen and can provide strategic legal advice. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to establish credibility with senior business leaders. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and has the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 3-5 years of post-law school legal experience, with prior experience in a law firm preferred. You should also have a JD from an accredited law school and an active bar license. This position is based at our Corporate Office in Kansas City, MO, with occasional travel to branch and production locations.
