The ideal candidate should possess strong drafting and organizational skills coupled with excellent academic credentials. The successful candidate will have Am Law 100 law firm experience, a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school, and State Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Duties:

• Draft and review legal documents related to private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients on corporate matters.
• Conduct legal research to stay informed on industry trends and regulations.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex legal matters.
• Attend and participate in client meetings, negotiations, and other legal proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions.
• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
