A law firm in Peoria is actively seeking a qualified Attorney with 0-10 years of experience in governmental defense. The ideal candidate should possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and maintain an active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation to government entities in defense matters.
• Conduct legal research on laws and regulations affecting governmental defense cases.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, administrative hearings, and negotiations.
• Collaborate with government officials and legal teams to formulate defense strategies.

Requirements:
