Duties:

  • Draft and review legal documents related to trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and other estate planning tools.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
  • 7-10 years of experience in estate planning, tax planning, and trust and estate administration.
  • Proficiency in asset protection planning and charitable giving strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
