A law firm located in Philadelphia is actively seeking a dedicated Labor and Employment Attorney with 3-6 years of experience in employment litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have a robust background defending employers in single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, retaliation cases, and ERISA litigation. The role requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, an excellent academic background, and licensing in the ., with preference given to licenses in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and/or New York.

 

Duties:

  • Defend employers in single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and retaliation cases.
  • Handle ERISA litigation matters.
  • Provide legal counsel on employment-related issues.
  • Represent clients in agencies and court proceedings.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the .
