Duties:

• Investigate potential medical malpractice claims by reviewing medical records, consulting with medical experts, and interviewing witnesses.
• Advise clients on the merits of their case and provide legal guidance throughout the litigation process.
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct depositions of medical professionals and other relevant parties.
• Represent clients in settlement negotiations and court proceedings.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
• Demonstrated experience in medical malpractice law.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.

Education:
