Duties:

• Draft and negotiate complex documents related to property transactions, financing/loan agreements, operating agreements, and leases.
• Lead the structuring of multifaceted commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and property development.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients navigating diverse commercial real estate matters.
• Lead deals and closings, taking charge of the entire process.
• Conduct meticulous due diligence on real estate transactions.
• Foster and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and tailoring legal advice to align with their needs.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
