  • Manage and oversee substantial components of transactions, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Conduct due diligence, legal research, and analysis to support client transactions and provide proactive advice.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to corporate and transactional matters.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience as an attorney.
  • Experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, with a focus on capital markets.
