The ideal candidate will possess excellent research and writing skills, with preference given to those with federal court experience and bilingual proficiency. Prior intellectual property experience is a plus.

 

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to intellectual property matters.
  • Draft legal documents, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and licensing agreements.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on intellectual property issues.
  • Represent clients in federal court proceedings related to intellectual property disputes.
  • Negotiate settlements and licensing agreements on behalf of clients.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar and licensed to practice law in Florida.
  • 2-5 years of experience in intellectual property law.

  • Federal court experience (preferred).
  • Bilingual proficiency (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
