Leidos is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Representative to join their Land Systems Business Area team within the Defense Systems Sector. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology to protect our warfighters and country. The selected candidate will report to the Contracts Director and oversee all contract management activities for a diverse portfolio of contracts.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight and evaluation of major proposals
- Monitor major contracts and be a critical asset in negotiations
- Resolve complex contractual and customer issues
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of experience or Master's/Juris Doctor degree with 2-6 years of experience
- Knowledge of all contract types
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Teaming Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Federal Acquisition Regulations
- Must be a . Citizen and able to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
- Final Secret Clearance
- Remote work may be considered, but regular travel to Huntsville or other locations is required.

- Pay Range: $68, - $124,
