Corporate Counsel, Insurance
Responsibilities: Draft commercial agreements, coverage forms and notices in support of company objectives, product development initiatives, claims requests and regulatory changes. Play a strategic role in developing growth and other initiatives throughout the lifecycle of company projects. Assist with development of compliance strategies and objectives to achieve company goals and programs. Assist with the development and delivery of compliance training programs. Conduct legal research for internal business clients and provide clear, concise, accurate, and actionable legal advice. Keep abreast of regulatory developments to identify the potential impact on the business.

Qualification and Experience Qualifications: A Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent from an accredited law school is required. Should have 5 years of work experience from a top-tier law firm. Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills are required. Must be detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills and the proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining high quality and performance under pressure. The ability to learn on the job and manage constantly changing priorities. Ability to work independently and with a diverse set of personalities in a team environment.
