Job Overview: A law firm in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Mid-Level Private Equity Debt Finance Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have specific experience representing private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in various financial transactions.

Duties:

• Represent private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth.
• Draft and negotiate commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents.
• Provide legal counsel on financing structures and terms to clients.
• Conduct legal research and analysis as needed.

Requirements:

• Outstanding academic credentials with a Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Comparable law firm experience specializing in private equity debt finance.
• PA Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Certifications:

• PA Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
