The Associate Attorney will handle various corporate law matters, including private offerings, venture capital transactions, public company representation, and public offerings. The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of relevant law firm experience, exceptional academic credentials, and strong communication skills.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on corporate law matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and transactional documents.
• Assist with due diligence processes for corporate transactions.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on corporate governance matters.
• Represent clients in negotiations and meetings with third parties.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant law firm experience with private offerings, venture capital transactions, and public company representation.
• Membership to the TX State Bar is required.
• Exceptional academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Membership to the TX State Bar.
