Responsibilities for this role include drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, managing legal risks, conducting legal research, and providing training and education to internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation and communication skills, a high-energy and proactive mindset, and a strong understanding of business operations and sustainability.

Qualifications for success in this role include a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school, active Bar admission in at least one . state, and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience. Prior in-house counsel experience and familiarity with data privacy and cybersecurity laws are also preferred.
