Responsibilities:

- Represent the Company's insureds in Workers' Compensation defense litigation
- Achieve best outcomes for clients through technical excellence, legal analysis, and research
- Collaborate with claims adjusters to develop case strategy and achieve timely resolutions
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge through education and participation in professional societies
- Serve as a resource for lower level attorneys and ensure legal compliance
- Protect Zurich's reputation by maintaining confidentiality of claims information

Basic Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor degree and 7+ years of experience in Litigation
- Member of the Bar in good standing in jurisdiction(s) where practice is located
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and legal research tools such as Lexis or Westlaw
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and claims process

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in Workers' Compensation defense litigation highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
- Experience working in a team-based environment

Compensation:

- Salary ranges from $140, to $180,, depending on location, role, and experience
- Additional rewards may include short term incentive bonuses and merit increases
