  • Litigate, negotiate, arbitrate, mediate, and argue motions to represent clients during legal proceedings in court.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of litigation experience.
  • A proven track record of favorable dispute resolution and litigation cases.
  • Completion of an accredited law school with a Juris Doctorate (.) degree is required.
  • Able to handle heavy caseload with little supervision.
  • Active membership in the ABA/Local Bar Association.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctorate (.) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
