Job Title: PTPA Manager - Finance

Experience Information:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required, Master's degree preferred
- Certification as CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Member of the Bar required

Job Description:

- As a PTPA Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the owners of PwC, providing tax compliance and planning guidance
- Utilize your network and technical skills to manage and review individual tax returns and plan for executives
- Lead and collaborate with team members virtually, while maintaining a work/life balance
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships at the executive level

Responsibilities:

- Develop new skills and act to resolve issues within the team
- Coach others and recognize their strengths, encouraging personal development
- Analyze complex ideas and build recommendations based on multiple sources of information
- Use data and insights to inform decisions and address sub-standard work
- Develop a point of view on key global trends and manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus

Requirements and Preferences:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required, Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Certification as CPA, Enrolled Agent, or Member of the Bar required
- Strong technical skills in reviewing individual tax returns and tax planning for executives
- Experience with tax preparation software and online tax organizers
- Knowledge of automation and digitization in a professional services environment
- Ability to work with large, complex data sets and utilize digitization tools to optimize engagements
