Overview:
- Seeking multiple staff attorneys to join the New Hampshire Public Defender team and provide high-quality representation to indigent clients.
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
- Responsibilities include communicating with clients, legal research and writing, making arguments in court, and collaborating with colleagues.
- New attorneys will start with a smaller caseload and have opportunities for professional growth and development.

- Must be admitted to the New Hampshire Bar or eligible to waive in or take/pass the bar exam in 2024.

- Must have a demonstrated commitment to criminal defense and a team-orientated, professional attitude.
- Strong communication skills and work ethic are also required.
