Responsibilities:

- Provide legal representation to Progressive Insurance Companies in first party homeowner's insurance defense litigation cases.
- Handle cases from beginning to end, including preparation of pleadings, motions, statements, trial briefs, and negotiating settlements.
- Work closely with claims partners to prepare timely reports on litigation and leverage appropriate defenses for positive outcomes.
- Analyze written discovery, depositions, and assess the value of claims to determine risk exposure.
- Remote position open to candidates located in North Florida area.
- Must have a Juris Doctor degree and active license to practice law in Florida.
- 2 years of general/auto civil litigation experience or 2 years of civil litigation experience with a strong emphasis on first party property cases.
- Competitive salary range of $118,320 - $139,200/year.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor degree or higher.
- Active license to practice law in Florida.
- 2 years of general/auto civil litigation experience or 2 years of civil litigation experience with a strong emphasis on first party property cases.

Compensation:

- $118,320 - $139,200/year.
- Gainshare bonus up to 40% of eligible earnings based on company performance.
