We are currently seeking a Cyber Claims Counsel to join our collegial and collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal team and external vendors to resolve cyber incidents
- Evaluate coverage for claims and draft coverage letters
- Build relationships with underwriting and risk functions to improve products and underwriting technology
- Cultivate strong relationships with brokers and insureds and provide excellent service
- Manage exposure for cyber incidents and third party litigation
- Develop strategies for handling third party litigation for cyber and technology claims
- Report on significant claims to management
- Proactively set reserves and focus on continuous improvement

Qualifications:

- 1-4 years of experience in insurance coverage and litigation, bonus points for cyber and technology insurance experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and dedication to exceptional customer service
- Legal degree required
