Your expertise in negotiating and executing corporate partnerships and licensing agreements, as well as representing the company at an executive level, will be vital in driving our overall business growth.

Responsibilities:

- Act as a principal liaison for LexisNexis' portfolio of Print content alliances, representing the company at an executive level
- Identify and create new strategic relationships with targeted content providers in line with our long-term strategy
- Drive profitability of the portfolio through effective management and negotiations
- Ensure contractual obligations are met and strategic objectives are achieved through cross-functional collaboration

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Development & Licensing, negotiation and execution of corporate partnerships and licensing agreements, and representing a company at an executive level

- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth understanding of LexisNexis technologies, products, and services
