Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal advice and guidance on compliance issues
- Develop and implement internal policies and training programs
- Stay updated on relevant legal and regulatory landscapes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance
- Contribute to department goals and duties as needed

Qualifications
- JD from accredited law school and active law license
- Minimum of 6 years of legal experience with 2 years advising on compliance issues
- In-house experience preferred
- Experience developing and implementing compliance programs
- Strong research skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
- Excellent judgment and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business judgment and ability to anticipate and prevent legal issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits
- Remote-first company with national salary range of $148,500-$220,000
