Tax Senior Manager - Real Estate Tax
- Full-time position with Deloitte Tax LLP
- 8+ years of experience in corporate or international tax
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required
- Must be able to work in a hybrid model, co-locating in person 2-3 days per week
- Ability to travel up to 25% for client engagements

Responsibilities:
- Providing federal tax consulting and compliance services to clients in the real estate industry
- Managing engagement team and utilizing state-of-the-art technology
- Assisting clients with partnerships, section 704(c) and section 743(b) computations, and Schedule K-1 processing
- Advising clients on tax issues such as REIT qualification and Tax Reform impact
- Overseeing complex federal tax compliance and consulting projects
- Mentoring and developing junior staff
- Maintaining and developing strong client relationships

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in corporate or international tax
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Licensed CPA, Attorney, or Enrolled Agent
- Advanced degree (JD, LLM, Masters of Tax) preferred
- Previous experience at a Big 4 or large CPA firm preferred
- Solid understanding of real estate tax technical and transaction skills
- Strong communication and research skills
- Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in management and mentoring

Salary: The disclosed range estimate for this position is $119,490 to $272,090, taking into account factors such as experience, certifications, and location. Bonuses and other benefits may also be available.
