A law firm in Boston, MA, is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with 3-7 years of experience in real estate law to engage in various aspects of real estate legal work. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials, exceptional writing skills, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to handling complex transactions.

Duties:

• Provide legal representation and counsel in real estate transactions, including borrower and lender representation in acquisitions and dispositions.
• Handle matters related to land use, construction and permanent financings, and commercial leasing.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients in real estate matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Provide legal advice on title issues, land use permitting, design and construction contracts, condominiums, and affordable housing finance.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in real estate law.
• Exceptional academic credentials.
• Superior writing skills.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to think strategically.
• Membership in the Massachusetts Bar or the ability to waive in.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Massachusetts Bar.

Skills:

• Proficiency in real estate law and regulations.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent negotiation and contract drafting abilities.
• Knowledge of title issues and land use permits.
