General Counsel - Legal Expertise for a Diverse Organization
Location: Portland, OR
Salary Range: $218, - $240, per year

Cascadia Health, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking an experienced legal professional to join our team as General Counsel. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and managing legal risks across our organization, while providing strategic advice and expertise to our executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with executive leadership on legal and risk management matters.
- Develop and implement a risk management framework to mitigate legal and financial exposure.
- Provide counsel on major decisions and organizational transactions.
- Manage outside legal counsel and budgets.
- Review and advise on various contracts as the primary contact.
- Supervise and support a diverse team of professionals.

Qualifications:

- .
- Active membership in the Oregon State Bar.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Working Conditions:

- Primarily located at our Administrative Office in NE Portland.
- Hybrid schedule with two days in-office and three days remote.
