Job Details:

• Join the Oil and Gas M&A team, advising clients on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and general matters related to oil and gas law.
• Manage upstream and midstream M&A transactions with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Draft transaction documents and effectively oversee deal management.
