The ideal candidate will work closely with inventors on new products, assist in identifying patentable inventions, and draft patent applications. They will also track the patent application process and respond to office actions from the . Patent and Trademark Office. The candidate must have a background in electrical engineering or biotechnology and at least 3 years of experience in patent law.

Job Overview:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering
• Master’s Degree or PhD desired
• USPTO Registration required
• 3+ years of professional experience in patent law
• Background in electrical engineering or biotechnology
• Prior experience working in patent law
