A law firm in Peoria is actively seeking a qualified Attorney with 0-10 years of experience in estate planning. The ideal candidate must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and maintain an active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.

Duties:

• Provide comprehensive estate planning services to clients, including wills, trusts, and probate matters.
• Draft and review legal documents related to estate planning.
• Counsel clients on wealth preservation, tax implications, and succession planning.
• Represent clients in estate planning meetings, negotiations, and legal proceedings.
• Stay updated on changes in estate planning laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.
