- Direct management of complex coverage issues and disputes
- Formulating claims and litigation strategies
- Managing outside counsel and litigation costs
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Identifying liability and coverage trends and issues
- Coaching and mentoring claim teams on coverage issues
- Building and maintaining key relationships

Key Skills & Abilities:

- Law Degree and admission in good standing to one of the fifty state bars
- 5+ years of claims management experience
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
- Understanding of and ability to balance both immediate claim issues and broader portfolio impact
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of claims, litigation, and trial processes
