Company is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join their Bodily Injury (BI) unit. The successful candidate will provide legal representation to Progressive insureds and/or to the Progressive Insurance Companies before courts and arbitration panels in all aspects of litigation.

### Responsibilities
- Handle cases from beginning to end
- Prepare legal pleadings, motions, statements, trial briefs
- Negotiate settlements
- Prepare timely reports on litigation
- Analyze written discovery, depositions, medical records
- Assess the value of claims to determine risk exposure

### Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate degree or higher
- Active license to practice law in Texas
- Two years of general/auto litigation experience

### Compensation
- Salary: $118,320 - $139,200/year
- Gainshare bonus up to 40% of eligible earnings
