## Mid-Level Energy Associate at Beveridge & Diamond, .

Beveridge & Diamond, . is seeking an energy regulatory associate with two to five years of experience to join one of their seven offices in Austin, Baltimore, Boston, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington. The ideal candidate should have substantive experience with energy regulatory (with FERC or state regulatory bodies) and renewable energy matters, with energy and/or renewable energy project development experience being a plus.

### Qualifications

* . from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
* Active member in good standing of the bar in at least one state jurisdiction and the ability to obtain licensure in the District of Columbia within 6 months of hire
* Demonstrated experience with TSCA
* Supplementary experience with drafting persuasive public comments or with administrative record litigation is a plus
* Strong analytical, research, writing, and oral communication skills
* Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, the ability to work well under deadlines, and the ability to assume significant client responsibilities
* Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
* College degree in chemistry or physical science/environmental studies is a plus

### Compensation

In accordance with the laws of the jurisdictions in which this position may be filled, the base salary range for this position is $190,000 - $230,000 annually depending on qualifications and experience. The compensation for this position may also include a discretionary annual bonus and an hours-based bonus.
