The Wisconsin Court System provides an excellent opportunity for first and second-year law students to gain practical experience through unpaid internships with circuit court judges during the summer. Although there is no salary associated with the internships, students enjoy a summer in Wisconsin with its wonderful weather and recreational opportunities, and may be able to receive credits from their law school for completing the internship.

The application deadline for the 2024 Volunteer Summer Law Student Internship Program is January 31, 2024.
