Duties:

  • Conduct substantive analysis, address procedural issues, and manage filing logistics related to HSR Act compliance.
  • Advocate before regulatory bodies, including the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC), in antitrust matters.
  • Provide legal counsel in technology, life sciences, and private equity transactions, with a specific emphasis on antitrust implications.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Relevant Bar admission in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
