This position requires 1+ years of litigation experience, with a preference for insurance defense and health care malpractice. Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including preparing pleadings, motions, and other documents
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Negotiate settlements and advise clients on legal matters
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure client satisfaction
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
• Prepare legal briefs, opinions, and other written materials
• Research legal issues and develop strategies for resolving legal disputes
• Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations
• Assist with the training and mentoring of junior attorneys

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in Arizona
• 1+ years of litigation experience
• Knowledge of insurance defense and health care malpractice
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
