Job Overview: A law firm in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a highly motivated Professional Liability Associate Attorney with 2-7 years of legal experience. The ideal candidate will be keenly interested in various Professional Liability defense areas, including architects and engineers, employment, accountant malpractice, broker/agent errors and omissions, and civil rights.

Duties:

• Represent clients in Professional Liability cases, providing legal advice and guidance.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant case law and statutes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations as necessary.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
• 2-7 years of experience in a law firm setting, preferably focusing on Professional Liability defense.
• Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures related to Professional Liability cases.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
