The Real Estate Associate Attorney will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal instruments, conducting real estate closings, and working with governmental agencies to obtain development approvals. Additionally, the Associate will review title and due diligence investigations, collaborate with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies and provide clear legal advice to clients.

 

Duties:

  • Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, leases, and other legal instruments related to real estate transactions.
  • Conducted real estate closings and ensured all necessary documentation was in order.
  • Work with governmental agencies to obtain necessary development approvals
  • Review and analyze title and due diligence investigations
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members to develop legal strategies
  • Communicate effectively with clients, offering clear and concise legal advice
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and client guidance
  • Stay up to date with legal trends, legislative and regulatory changes, and relevant case law

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted and in good standing to practice law in Pennsylvania
  • 2-5 years of experience practicing transactional law, with a focus on real estate
  • Experience in zoning and land use, including navigating regulatory frameworks and advising on land
  • development projects
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software
