- Will provide legal support on fair lending, anti-discrimination, UDAAP, and CRA requirements.
- Ongoing legal advice, counsel, and advocacy in various areas.
- Identifying and mitigating risk, including supervision and evaluation of testing and monitoring.
- Supporting company responses to government agency examinations, investigations, and litigation.
- Must have a Juris Doctor degree and be licensed to practice law in at least one state where Bank of America operates.
- Desired experience includes working in a government regulatory or enforcement agency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide practical solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other lawyers, compliance professionals, etc.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Experience with federal administrative rulemaking, fair housing complaints, statistical analysis, managing teams, banking regulator examinations, and targeted reviews.
