The attorney will be responsible for providing legal support and expertise in structured finance, lending, securitization, and related finance structures. The ideal candidate should have strong deal experience, with a focus on various asset types and structures. Admission to the State Bar is a prerequisite for this role.

Duties:

• Draft and review legal documents related to structured finance transactions.
• Provide legal advice and guidance on complex financial matters.
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments for structured finance deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external parties to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting structured finance.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar.
• 3-5 years of experience in structured finance at a law firm.
• Strong deal experience with a focus on lending, securitization, or similar finance structures.
• Knowledge of a variety of asset types and structures in the finance sector.

Certifications:

• State Bar admission is mandatory.
• Additional certifications in finance or related fields are a plus.
