The candidate, with 5+ years of litigation experience, will serve in various practice areas, including property owners association law, insurance defense, real estate and business litigation, construction law, and construction defect litigation, corporate general counsel and regulatory compliance, collections, and bankruptcy. The candidate will also be responsible for drafting and revising contractual agreements, corporate governing documents, and real estate documents. The Senior Associate Attorney will play a pivotal role in the firm's legal practice by serving in multiple practice areas, including property owners association law, insurance defense, real estate and business litigation, construction law, construction defect litigation, corporate general counsel, regulatory compliance, collections, bankruptcy, and contractual document drafting. The candidate is expected to bring 5+ years of litigation experience to contribute effectively to a range of legal matters.

Duties:

• Serve in various practice areas, including property owners association law.
• Handle insurance defense and real estate and business litigation.
• Manage construction law and construction defect litigation cases.
• Provide corporate general counsel and regulatory compliance services.
• Handle collections and bankruptcy matters.
• Draft and revise contractual agreements, corporate governing documents, and real estate documents.
• Contribute to the overall success of legal matters within the firm.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Familiarity with property owners association law.
• Experience in insurance defense, real estate, business litigation, and construction law.
• Corporate general counsel and regulatory compliance expertise.
• Knowledge of collections and bankruptcy procedures.
• Ability to draft and revise contractual agreements and legal documents.

Education and Certifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
