- Minimum 15 years of commercial and industrial real estate contract negotiation experience OR Master's degree with minimum 13 years of experience
- Must meet certain knowledge, skills, and abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in real estate financial/investment analysis, market studies, scenario modeling, and real property valuation
- Formal training in negotiation skills
- Experience with IBM Tririga real estate database
- MBA or JD Law with 8 years of detailed real estate lease contract negotiation experience

Salary Range: $123, - $185,
- Salary may vary based on factors such as position scope, responsibilities, and candidate's experience and education
- Eligible for discretionary bonus and long term incentives
- Offers various benefits including health insurance, life and disability insurance, and paid time off
